A hint on the use of the Arduino sketch.
There are three external functions that you have to download and install in your Arduino compiler:

Timer: https://playground.arduino.cc/code/timer
OneWire: https://github.com/PaulStoffregen/OneWire
DallasTemperature: https://github.com/milesburton/Arduino-Temperature-Control-Library

Installation after download:

(In the Arduino IDE) Sketch > Include Library > Add .ZIP Library > select the downloaded file > Open
